Calgary Custom Photo Services takes compliant passport, visa, citizenship and ID photos at two Calgary locations — North Hill Centre and Southland Crossing. Walk-ins are welcome at both stores; no appointment is required. Photos meet Government of Canada, U.S., and international requirements for 125+ countries, including the exact 50 × 70 mm Canadian passport size. Prices start at $26.00 for prints or digital, get both for $8.00 extra.

Which countries can you take photos for?

We have ready-made templates for 125+ countries.
For each country, we have templates for a variety of ID types — passport, visa, citizenship, permanent resident, and PAL/firearms licence photos, among others. If we don't already have a template for your country, we can still print it; just let us know the size required.

Countries we most commonly print for: Canada, United States, China, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Europe, Ukraine, Ireland, and the UK.

What to Bring / How It Works

• No appointment needed, walk in during store hours
• Sitting takes about 5-10 minutes or less.
• Prints and/or digital files are ready in about 10-15 minutes
• Specialized infant passport setup is available for infants as young as a week old
• Discounts for groups of three or more
• We have templates for most ID requirements for most countries.
• Wear dark, solid colours - no white
• Remove glasses (required for Canadian passports since 2017)
• We recommend parents bring a snack for toddlers. A closed mouth is required for the photo.
