Shipping Policy

At Calgary Custom Photo Services we offer an extensive line of standard and custom photo products that is always changing and growing. While most products can be shipped within Canada, some products are costly to ship and will not present with automatic shipping options at check out. Those products that we have found most requested for shipping will allow you to add shipping at check out ( fees apply). The following list represents items most commonly shipped or are available for shipping.

• Items that fit in flat pack mailers up to 8.5 x 11.
• Items that fit into shipping tubes up to 36 inches in length.
• Items that fit in a box with dimensions of 15 ⅞ x 11 ¾ x 7 ⅜ and weighing less that 5 kg.

Specific items often shipped include:

• Photo Books
• Calendars
• Photo prints sized 8.5 x 11 and smaller
• Wide format Prints sized 24 x 36 and smaller. Prints will ship rolled
• Small metal prints up to 8.5 x 11
• Photo gifting items including : a variety of Drink Wear,  Creative Prints, Ornaments, Puzzles, Book Marks, Blankets, Koozies, Key Chains, Tote bags, Baby clothing, Coasters, Magnets

If you would like an item shipped but are not presented with an option at check out or you would like it shipped outside of Canada please contact us directly at ccpssouth@teamccps.com.

For shipments outside the Province of Alberta we offer the following options.

Local pick up in Cochrane and Canmore is available at Dave’s Dry Cleaning on prepaid orders.

Local pickup fees starting at $2.75 apply. Billed at time of order.

Shipping is available on many of our photo products. For eligible orders, during the check-out process, options are displayed for in-store pick-up at either of the Calgary locations, and pricing for optional shipping by Canada Post or courier.

In the case where photo prints have been ordered with framing or custom mounting, delivery is limited to the City of Calgary unless prior arrangements have been made and agreed to in advance.
