At Calgary Custom Photo Services it is our priority to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied with the quality of our products and services.
Upon receipt, please inspect the products and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days by using one of the contact methods listed below.
Off-the-shelf frames must be returned complete with packaging within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.
Passport photos are 100% guaranteed. Should the passport, visa or other ID photo not be accepted, please contact us for a no-charge retake within 6 months.
For scanning and digitization services please contact us if you have concerns. We will always do our utmost to address and resolve any concerns. Limitations may apply due to the age of media supplied.
Once you have contacted us and we have reviewed the issue, you will be advised of the options available for resolution. Where the issue has occurred in the production process of the order we will arrange to either replace the product free of charge or issue a refund. Please note that in some circumstances you may be required to return the item to us for assessment in order to evaluate the appropriate solution.
