Return & Replacement Policy (Custom Photo Products)
Because each of our products is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, ordering errors, or changes of mind.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a production defect or damage caused during manufacturing or shipping, we will gladly replace the item or offer a suitable resolution.
Eligible Issues
We will replace or correct your order if it arrives with:
- Printing defects (such as color errors, banding, or misalignment)
- Incorrect product produced compared to your approved order
- Damage sustained during production or transit
What is not Eligible
Returns or replacements cannot be accepted for:
- Customer-provided image quality issues (low resolution, blur, cropping choices)
- Color differences resulting from monitor or device display variations
- Changes of mind or preference after production
- Errors in the order details submitted or approved by the customer
Reporting an Issue
To help us resolve any issue quickly:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include are replacement or reprint or refund
We take great care in producing every custom item and appreciate your understanding that custom products require different return guidelines than standard retail items
